Week 4 - People
For my 4th week I did People. I didnt want to do whole body photos or portraiture, I wanted to capture the body In more detail so I did close ups of parts of the body, mainly the head/face as thats the main part of the body, It Is what people look at first and most. I wanted to capture the tone and the age of skin. e.g wrinkles, eye creases, grey hair etc.
I really love the hair In this photo, the color of It shows ageing which Is what I was trying to portray, but the skin tone still looks healthy and Pink therefore messing with my concept and making you wonder what age the subject really Is.
This one however, I think looks quite young as she has mascara on and Its been edited and these things are accosiated with younger models.
This Is my favorite out of the 5, It shows real character and detail. I like the lines of the palm, It Is best viewed enlarged as you can see all the handprints and dryskin. I like the Interesting angle as at first It doesnt look like a hand.
This one really shows the age of the subject, you can really see the wrinkles. The face looks worn.
This one was the last one I took just as a random photo, but I actually liked how It came out. I like that you can see Individual hairs that arent In place and curve everywhere. You cant tell the age though this photo as It just looks like a young persons hair, there arent any signs to give It away.
